The perfect afternoon out in more than 35 acres of formal and informal gardens, borders, lakes, woodland walks, and sculptures on the Suffolk / Cambridgeshire border.

As a proud RHS Partner, we would be delighted to welcome you to our beautiful gardens on the Cambridgeshire / Suffolk border.

We open several times a year, starting with our scenic snowdrop walk through woodland paths from Saturday 18th January 2025. Located near Newmarket, our gardens showcase blooms through spring and vibrant autumn foliage.

Children, 5-16 years: £3

RHS Members: Free (Mon-Fri)

Annual Seasonal Tickets available

Access to the café is included with the purchase of a garden ticket.

Your dogs are welcome to our gardens, but must remain on leashes.

We are happy to offer:

* Private Garden Visits for groups of 5 or more

* Private Tours with a delectable lunch featuring produce from our gardens, for groups of between 25 and 40.

* We also welcome pre-booked Coach Tours.

Our winter garden walks are well-known for their vast swathes of snowdrops and aconites which have begun to appear for 2025. Soon our spring show of daffodils, hellebores, spring bulbs and blossoms will be upon us.

The Chippenham Park summer gardens have huge displays of roses and generously stocked borders.

The ‘Wilderness’ is a scenic woodland walk full of interesting trees and shrubs - some quite rare - with large groves of silver Himalayan birch set along wilder areas of ponds and canals.

CAFÉ

Entry to the Gardens, grants you access to our delightful, fully licensed café. We have a small selection of delicious foods and drinks, including fresh soups and local sausage hot dogs.
